- schedule a consultation through the Calendly scheduling tool embedded on the Site; or
- otherwise communicate with us regarding our services.
Depending on how you contact us, this information may include your name, email address, telephone number, scheduling information, and information you choose to provide about a potential real estate transaction.
Please do not send confidential financial, tax, legal, banking, Social Security, or other highly sensitive information through the Site or by ordinary email unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure method.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies, similar technologies, analytics tools, and ordinary web-server functions. This may include:
- IP address;
- browser and device type;
- operating system;
- approximate geographic location derived from IP address;
- referring website or source;
- pages viewed;
- date and time of visits;

We use Google Analytics to measure website performance, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure important actions such as completed consultation bookings.
Google’s collection and processing of information is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy practices.
4. Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors interact with the Site.
Clarity may collect behavioral and technical information through cookies and similar technologies and may generate heatmaps, interaction measurements, and visual reconstructions of website sessions. These tools can show activity such as clicks, scrolling, navigation patterns, and how visitors interact with page content.
We use this information to improve the design, usability, performance, and effectiveness of the Site.
Clarity recordings are not conventional video recordings of your screen; Microsoft describes them as visual reconstructions created from webpage content and user interactions. Microsoft controls its own collection and processing of information under its privacy practices.
5. Calendly
The Site includes an embedded Calendly scheduling tool that allows you to book a free consultation.
When you interact with the Calendly scheduling tool, Calendly may collect information you provide during booking as well as technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies.
Information submitted through Calendly is also made available to us so that we can schedule and conduct the requested consultation.
Calendly displays its own cookie and privacy controls within the embedded booking experience. Calendly’s collection and use of information is governed by its own Privacy Notice and terms.
6. Cloudflare and Website Hosting
The Site is hosted and delivered using Cloudflare services. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses and request information as necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the Site.
7. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through the Site to:
- respond to questions and inquiries;
- schedule and conduct consultations;
- determine whether our services may be appropriate for a prospective client;
- provide requested real estate brokerage or transaction services;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- understand Site traffic and usage;
- measure the effectiveness of Site content and marketing;
- prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations; and
- protect our rights or the rights of others.
8. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Site and provide our services, including providers of:
- website hosting and security;
- analytics and website-performance tools;
- scheduling services;
- email and communications services; and
- professional services where appropriate.
These providers may process information according to their own contractual obligations and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, regulatory requirements, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell personal information to third parties in exchange for money.

You can generally control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect certain functionality, including analytics or the embedded Calendly scheduling experience.
Calendly also provides its own cookie-management controls within the embedded scheduler.

The Site does not currently alter its behavior in response to browser DNT signals. Third-party services used on the Site, including analytics and scheduling providers, may collect information about your activity according to their own technologies and privacy practices.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and transaction records, complying with legal or regulatory obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
Retention periods for information collected directly by third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, Calendly, and Cloudflare are controlled in whole or in part by those providers and their applicable settings and policies.
12. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we maintain about you, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and record-retention requirements.
You may also manage certain data collection through:
- your browser’s cookie settings;
- Calendly’s cookie controls; and
- privacy controls made available by the applicable third-party service providers.
13. Third-Party Websites
The Site may link to third-party websites or services, including Calendly and OpenKnocks. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of websites or services operated by others.
14. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our services are intended for adults involved in real estate transactions and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.
15. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. However, no Internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above.
Your continued use of the Site after an updated Privacy Policy is posted means that the updated policy applies to subsequent use of the Site.
